I have been in ‘THIS’ for quite some time now and it seems that I don’t get it anymore. I can’t simply catch up. It’s making me tired out. Every week some changes occur. Changes which were sometimes cascaded to us but most of the time weren’t. The thing is it seems that everybody is just trying to save their own ass. People pointing fingers to others saying it’s their fault and they need to do something about it instead of asking, how can we fix this? What help do you need? But of course, there were people who had been asking what help you need but didn’t provide the help needed. This is the jungle I’m in that makes me wonder why I am still here. Well maybe I still hope there is still a chance for things to change. If people would just tell us directly what they want that is reasonable enough and let us do it as we see fit. As for me, give new people a chance to learn and grow just like everybody else.
